Known to many in the industry — and by his Instagram handle, “The Murse Injector” — Jordan is an international trainer and speaker for some of the largest aesthetic companies in North America. He has been featured in numerous publications, including being voted “Top Injector in Arizona” by Phoenix Entrepreneur Magazine and one of the “Top Twenty Men of the Year” by Deluxe Version Magazine. Jordan is a highly sought-after provider with a celebrity clientele and serves as a key opinion leader for both Cartessa Aesthetics and NOON Aesthetics. He travels the country training providers from all backgrounds on the latest and most advanced laser and injectable techniques.
Jordan’s vision for URBAN Medical has come to fruition through building a luxury boutique medical aesthetics practice that offers holistic, comprehensive care to every client who walks through our doors. Urban has earned an impeccable reputation for delivering safe, natural, and effective results.

Our industry-renowned Medical Director, Dr. Carey J. Nease, MD, is a triple board-certified, fellowship-trained facial plastic and cosmetic surgeon who performs a wide range of procedures with exceptional talent in aesthetic surgery for the face and neck. Dr. Nease is highly regarded for his expertise in facial plastic and cosmetic surgery.
Having trained as an artist before turning to medicine, Dr. Nease is celebrated for his unique ability to craft beautiful portraits with his hands. With 20 years of experience, he has performed more than 10,000 surgical procedures.
Dr. Nease consistently utilizes the most innovative techniques in laser technology and surgical skill, all with an unwavering commitment to excellence through surgical artistry.
He is triple board-certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

Katie Krahe, BS, MPH, MS-PA-C, is a Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in family practice, specializing in optimizing wellness and disease prevention. Originally from Flagstaff, Arizona, she earned her B.S. in Biology and Chemistry, along with her Master’s degrees in Public Health and Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. With a strong foundation in family medicine, Katie has dedicated her career to improving her patients’ quality of life, focusing not only on treating illness but also on supporting long-term health and longevity. Her belief in treating the whole patient—inside and out—has driven her to positively impact thousands of lives throughout the Tempe, Mesa, and Gilbert areas.
In addition to her extensive medical training, Katie has been an aesthetic injector since 2017, founding Skintelligence in 2018 in Tempe, Arizona, and expanding to Goodyear, Arizona, in 2024. She has had the privilege of training with top practitioners, allowing her to develop a deep passion for balancing inner and outer beauty. Through her work, Katie helps patients feel their best by offering personalized aesthetic treatments while maintaining her commitment to wellness and holistic care.
Katie is excited to bring her expertise in both family medicine and aesthetics to URBAN Medical, where she continues to prioritize excellent patient care and promote optimal health.
